Hillary holds a Diploma in Performing Arts from Selwyn College. She is a registered teacher with Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance for Modern and Tap which she has taught for over 10 years. She has been greatly influenced by tutors/mentors June Renwick, Vadim Ledogorov, Linda Cartright, Elena Stejko and Dan Bain
